Carole M. Redmond
Founding Partner - Lawyer
Carole is an experienced lawyer with more than a decade practicing law. She began her legal career with a busy litigation law firm on Bay Street. Carole practices civil (tort) and commercial (contract) dispute resolution and litigation. In addition to her litigation experience, she has significant experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions and currently handles property law and Real Estate agreement reviews, negotiations, and disputes. Carole advises individuals and business-clients on various business and employment law matters and disputes (employer and employee). Carole’s practice also includes construction defect disputes. Carole has successful Courtroom experience in the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Carole grew up in Northern Ontario and she is fluently bilingual in both French and English. She enjoys volunteering her time in her community with not-for-profit organizations.
